Questions about the prices
What is a finishing package?
Every foil and balayage service is paired with a finishing package, which covers your toner, root shadow and a styled finish. The mini blow-dry package is from $90, the mini cut and blow-dry is from $125, the blow-dry package is from $135 and the cut and blow-dry package is from $175. Your stylist recommends the mini or the full package for your hair length and thickness.
Why are some services priced at consultation?
Colour corrections, the Platinum Card, smoothing treatments and nanoplasty depend on your hair's length, condition and history. Quoting them after a complimentary 15-minute consultation means the price is exact for your hair rather than a range.
Is there a deposit?
A 20% deposit secures colour appointments and 50% secures other services. Move an appointment with a week's notice and the deposit carries over. Changes within 3 days incur a 20% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service.
Do you take Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay, cash and card are all taken in salon.
What am I paying for at a boutique salon?
Time in the chair with a stylist who plans the colour around your hair, premium product (Kérastase, Redken, Davines and O&M at the basin), a finish that includes the toner and root shadow rather than leaving them as extras, and colour that's built to last 4 to 10 weeks so you're in the salon less often. Spread across the time it lasts, a lived-in blonde works out at about from $30 a week.
What does the 4 to 10 week regrowth mean?
Every price on the menu assumes you're back within 4 to 10 weeks of your last colour. Stretch it longer and the appointment may need extra product and time, which your stylist confirms before starting.
